24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (non-attendance), may incur a cancellation fee.

We appreciate that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and these will be considered at the practice’s discretion.
